Times Square New Year's Ball Drop Ceremony
The countdown to 2026 is on! Join New York City Mayor Wilson Fisk as he hosts the iconic New Year's Ball Drop in Times Square, uniting citizens in a spectacular celebration. The ceremony kicks off on December 31st, 2025, at 20:00:00 (NY Local Time) and runs until January 1st, 2026, at 01:00:00. And here’s the part most people miss: from January 1st to January 3rd, 2026 (NY Local Time), simply enter Times Square to claim the exclusive 'New Year 2026' title via in-game mail. Oh, and remember that trickster's disabled Ultimate Ability? It’s only for one hour before and after the ball drop—so plan your moves wisely!

1. Channel Chatter Clean-Up: No more lingering in the Team voice channel after leaving Times Square. Communication is now seamless!
Heroes
1. Rogue's Recall: Fixed an issue where high network latency could interrupt Rogue's Fatal Attraction, causing unexpected desynchronization. Her moves are now smoother than ever!
2. Widow's Vanishing Act: A rare bug that hid Black Widow's Ultimate Ability weapon model and UI prompts in spectator mode has been resolved. Her arsenal is back in full view!
3. Cloak & Dagger Toggle Trouble: Assigning the Switch Form key to the mouse wheel in Dagger form no longer affects Cloak form. No more accidental switches!
4. Cloak's Shielded Shadows: Cloak's Darkforce Cloak ability now reliably targets and damages Guardian Shield, even when Invisible Woman is behind it.
5. Accessory Anomaly: The Cloak & Dagger Plush accessory within Invisible Woman's Ultimate Ability is now only visible to heroes within range, restoring stealth as intended.
