The Opportunity Awaits
We're thrilled to announce an exciting opening for a Customer Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis for 12 months, covering parental leave. This role is based in our Cremorne head office, offering a unique chance to be a part of our vibrant community.
Your Role: Championing Customer Experience
As a Customer Support Officer, you'll be the face and voice of Sportsgirl, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive and responsive one. Your role is crucial in building customer loyalty and trust. With a strong focus on customer service, your proactive and problem-solving nature will shine, especially during our busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with a smile (or a friendly tone) over the phone and email.
- Create a memorable customer experience, leaving a positive impression with every interaction.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Ensure all reports are completed accurately and on time, maintaining our high standards.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and stores, creating a cohesive community.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in customer service, delivering exceptional experiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, where every moment counts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, taking ownership and initiative.
- Knowledge of retail POS systems is preferred, but not a deal-breaker.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills are a must.
- Experience with Zendesk is a bonus, but not essential.
