Former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, who played alongside Tariq in the PSL, offered insight into Tariq's success. "Batters struggle to read Tariq's deliveries due to the long pause when he steps onto the bowling crease. It disrupts their concentration, leaving them clueless about the upcoming ball."
What was once a highly anticipated clash between arch-rivals has now taken a backseat to the intrigue surrounding Tariq's unconventional action.
